I went to a wedding in Quebec City in early April 1999. Quebec City winters are worse than Ottawa!!! It was cold, and as you will see there was still some snow around.

Many Quebec City scenes are dominated by The Chateau Frontenac Hotel. This remarkable building was built by the Canadian Pacific Railway early this century. The tall central tower, added later, was completed in 1930.
